Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and poco start for use of the poco start mobile application and related services at pocostart.com. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Contact: hello@pocostart.com.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use poco start on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Account

You may use guest mode or create an account (email or Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

poco start Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Reference pricing in Norway: 49 NOK / month and 399 NOK / year. Local prices shown in the App Store or Google Play apply in your country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in App Store / Google Play subscription settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Content and “as is”

Lessons and features are provided for education and practice. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We may update, add, or remove lessons and features over time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or Apple/Google platform rules.

6. Intellectual property

The app, branding, and content remain owned by poco start or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Third-party services

The app uses services such as Supabase (account/progress) and RevenueCat / Apple / Google (purchases). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, poco start is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law in your country.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and cancel subscriptions via the store.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
